Returns:

For returns, we accept items within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@3dprintcave.co.za for a  Return/Repair Authorization. Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
